Oversee US and Canadian sales tax matters, including sales tax calculation, remittance, filings, tax reporting, and compliance. Advise internal teams, account teams, external stakeholders, and key accounts; coordinate with tax advisors and authorities; monitor tax legislation and information returns; and collaborate with engineers to improve marketplace tax processes.

Own North American CRM strategy and execution across the US and Canada, managing lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. Build audience segments, run A/B tests, optimize retention, loyalty, conversion, and lifetime value, and support B2B lead nurturing. Partner with global CRM, marketing, sales, and technology teams to improve lifecycle processes, localization, automation, experimentation, and CRM platform effectiveness.
