Manage payroll processing for multiple clients, including timekeeping, data reconciliation, reporting, benefits and 401k coordination, employee inquiries, and payroll compliance support. The role requires accurate and timely processing across multiple platforms, advanced Excel skills, client communication, anomaly investigation, and management of deadline-driven deliverables. Experience with multi-state payroll and California wage and hour requirements is important.

Manages the law firm's administrative and operational functions, including legal technology accounts, vendor coordination, registered agent records, insurance coverage and renewals, licenses, recruiting support, employee onboarding and offboarding, and operational documentation. Provides direct support to firm leadership, maintains confidential records, monitors deadlines, resolves administrative needs proactively, and coordinates across employees, vendors, brokers, and firm leadership.
