Administers the full lifecycle of employee leave and workplace accommodation cases, including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, paid family leave, disability, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes. Determines eligibility, manages documentation and deadlines, coordinates with employees, managers, carriers, payroll, benefits, and third-party administrators, and maintains confidential records in ADP. Supports compliance audits, reporting, policy updates, and process improvements while facilitating accommodation discussions.

Coordinates employee learning and development programs, including scheduling required and optional trainings, maintaining attendance and compliance records, managing the e-learning portal, coordinating external providers, organizing staff events, producing training communications, collecting feedback, supporting onboarding, and assisting with HR projects.

Oversee revenue administration and accounting operations, including philanthropic revenue reconciliation, grant and restricted-fund accounting, veterinary transaction reconciliation, cash management, internal controls, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting. The role supervises the Finance Manager, supports the Director of Finance, investigates discrepancies, collaborates with program and philanthropy teams, and improves financial processes across multiple care centers.
