Leads technical proposal development for renewable-energy and infrastructure pursuits, including RFP analysis, scope and fee estimating, compliance reviews, proposal writing, editing, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. Leads electrical substation engineering projects and subconsultant partnerships from scoping, estimating, and scheduling through detailed design, commissioning, and construction support. Produces and reviews substation drawings, calculations, specifications, reports, and protection and control designs. Provides technical leadership, quality control, mentoring, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with client standards and sound engineering practices.
