Produces narration and audio learning content using AI voice tools and human talent. Owns audio workflows from script preparation through editing, mastering, QA, deployment, and versioning. Builds automation for media processing and LMS deployment, maintains voice models and pronunciation standards, manages audio libraries, directs voice artists, tracks content-driven revisions, and forecasts production capacity. Partners with content, design, motion, and automation teams to keep accurate, high-quality narration synchronized with regulated course content.

Provides empathetic support to students through calls, chats, texts, and emails. Handles Tier II tickets and escalations, resolves issues, uses AI-powered tools, documents feedback and product bugs, and shares insights with stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, de-escalation, time management, product learning, and availability for evening or weekend shifts. It is primarily remote and customer-facing, with interactions occupying over 80% of the workday.
