The Assistant General Counsel will advise on complex M&A, securities, capital markets, corporate governance, due diligence, transaction documentation, regulatory filings, and post-merger integration. The role partners with the CLO, board, executives, corporate development, and financial reporting teams; manages outside counsel; presents legal analyses; and supports strategic corporate initiatives.

Sell Axon products and services to law enforcement customers across the Northeast territory. Responsibilities include developing regional sales plans, prospecting, managing inbound and outbound accounts, identifying decision-makers, maintaining Salesforce records, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes and sales orders, meeting sales targets, and attending industry conferences and trade shows.

Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including GL consolidation, intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. Partner with FP&A, IT, Controllership, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting. Help implement OneStream, strengthen SOX controls, support audits, and improve close processes through automation and system enhancements.
