Owns SaaS metrics, analyzes performance against budgets and forecasts, prepares board and investor reporting, supports financial planning, manages commissions, and partners with global teams. The role will progressively support US business functions as a Finance Business Partner and improve FP&A workflows through AI, automation, modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting enhancements.

Manage long-term client engagements and SEO consulting projects. Responsibilities include building client relationships, leading meetings, developing SEO roadmaps, conducting technical audits, managing SEO tickets, overseeing site migrations, interpreting data, guiding reporting solutions, QAing implementations, and applying technical optimizations through Botify PageWorkers. The role requires strong technical SEO expertise, client communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.

Manage the post-sale customer lifecycle for enterprise SEO clients, including onboarding, training, platform configuration, project delivery, technical support, best-practice guidance, documentation, and product feedback. Help customers use Botify’s platform to achieve SEO, traffic, revenue, retention, and expansion goals. Configure crawls and reports, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Provide technical support for Botify SaaS products, investigate customer data discrepancies and application issues, configure scripted technical onboarding, monitor workflows, resolve reporting incidents, and escalate complex issues to Engineering. The role also supports internal process-improvement projects and serves as Incident Commander during major incidents while maintaining clear customer communication.

Own the enterprise sales cycle across North America, including pipeline generation, executive discovery, multi-threaded relationship building, business case development, negotiation, forecasting, and closing new-logo SaaS deals. Partner with BDRs, Solutions Consultants, Account Management, RevOps, AWS, and GCP teams. Use MEDDPICC, Salesforce, Gong, and AI tools to drive enterprise sales, co-sell opportunities, and reliable revenue outcomes.
