The role requires strong software development and testing expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience using modern testing frameworks and measuring test performance and reliability.

Leads approximately 35 engineers across data engineering, integration engineering, and integration support. Owns delivery predictability, manager development, operational reliability, SLA performance, data platform modernization, integration scalability, and organizational clarity. Partners with product, data science, commercial, and delivery teams while overseeing healthcare integrations with EHR systems, enterprise data infrastructure, incident management, and client-facing reliability commitments.

Commercial Counsel will structure, draft, and negotiate complex technology, SaaS, sales, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements. The role advises sales, finance, procurement, and business development teams on commercial, AI, licensing, data, and go-to-market matters.
