Independently investigate personal lines auto and home claims for potential fraud by gathering evidence, interviewing parties, reviewing records, conducting inspections and site visits, coordinating experts and vendors, preparing investigative summaries, working with claim handlers, law enforcement and legal counsel, and testifying when necessary to support fair claim resolution.

Handles complex employee relations cases, investigates complaints and conflicts, advises managers on performance and discipline, reviews terminations for legal and policy compliance, and develops ER initiatives, reporting, and training. The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, supports employment claims, reductions in force, unemployment processing, and H1B immigration processes. It also mentors team members and may represent the company in employment hearings.

Leads claims process improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering, workflow redesign, data analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, project oversight, system implementation, change management, business readiness, training, and performance tracking. Partners with claims leadership, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues, improve efficiency, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Designs and executes employee-facing culture and wellness program activations, creating leader-ready materials, managing calendars, coordinating with stakeholders and communications, tracking basic effectiveness signals, and tailoring resources for corporate and frontline audiences to increase adoption and consistency.

Lead project teams to audit and evaluate insurance products, underwriting practices and vendors. Analyze data, build GCP dashboards and Excel models, identify trends, recommend profitability improvements, collaborate with management and internal audit, conduct investigations, develop policies and procedures, and manage special projects including vendor trials and cost/benefit analysis.

Manage Michigan PIP claims from intake to resolution: investigate facts, perform coverage analysis, evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, approve payments, document files, refer to other units, and handle MCCA and attorney-represented cases.

Design and implement leader enablement systems that translate employee listening into clear action plans, provide tiered coaching and facilitation, monitor adoption and plan quality, build reusable playbooks and job aids, and partner with Organizational Intelligence and Culture teams to sustain accountability and change.
