Leads operational excellence programs and transformation initiatives across banking business lines. Oversees managers and contributors while driving process improvement, product enhancements, quality, compliance, capacity planning, KPI measurement, and operational maturity. Partners with IT, Product, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to implement scalable solutions, dashboards, and performance tools. Analyzes processes, identifies efficiency opportunities, manages cross-functional initiatives, and ensures measurable business outcomes.

Lead design and implementation of client and internal workflows, gather requirements, architect and deliver large cross-functional loan-market technical projects, build data reconciliation and PowerBI reports, manage integrations (sFTP, APIs, ShareFile), mentor analysts, and represent the team to clients and industry events while establishing scalable standards and best practices for CLO and other loan products.
