Provides Level 2 technical and application support for SaaS, on-premise, integrated, and legacy dental practice systems. Diagnoses issues involving operating systems, browsers, networks, cloud services, and databases; communicates resolutions to dental professionals; documents troubleshooting; manages escalations; creates knowledge content; and identifies opportunities for training, automation, and chatbot improvements.

Leads billing operations for a SaaS organization, overseeing billing infrastructure, system configuration, invoicing accuracy, reconciliation, quote-to-cash processes, revenue reporting, and ASC 606 compliance. Manages billing integrations with Salesforce and SAP, establishes controls and SLAs, resolves billing issues, supports customer lifecycle changes, and partners with Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. The role also develops teams, drives process improvements, and manages subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models.

Requires technical fluency in Windows desktop technologies, relational databases, continuous integration, packaging, installers, and upgrade paths.

Supports daily payment processing, merchant onboarding, reconciliation, settlement investigations, reporting, compliance controls, incident resolution, and process improvement. Collaborates with processors, banking partners, Finance, Product, Engineering, implementation, support, and merchant teams to resolve payment exceptions and improve operational efficiency.

Drives expansion revenue within existing SMB dental practice accounts through outbound prospecting, needs discovery, software demonstrations, cross-selling, upselling, negotiation, and deal closing. Maintains customer relationships while redirecting support issues, meets activity and sales KPIs, stays current on software and industry offerings, and adopts new sales processes and technology.

Lead the design and implementation of AI agents and automation across pro-code and no-code platforms. Define repeatable automation patterns, integrate AI platforms with business tools via APIs, build RAG pipelines and vector DB integrations, write Python scripts for complex integrations, and guide technical decisions while working closely with the VP of AI to review agent performance and scale solutions.

Support FP&A for a dental practice management SaaS: build financial models, forecast ARR/MRR, automate reporting with BI and AI, analyze practice usage and pricing, integrate SAP/Salesforce data, and deliver executive dashboards and insights for product, sales, and operations.
