The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for increasing sales and market share by building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distribution partners in Washington and Oregon.

Manage national and regional accounts for the electrical business unit by developing territory sales strategies, supporting account managers, forecasting, pursuing direct and distribution opportunities, liaising across departments, and reporting results. Drive market share growth, identify new product opportunities, and resolve escalations while monitoring competitor activity.

Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning.
