Breaks news, develops original stories, produces investigative and explanatory journalism, analyzes data and documents, and translates complex technology developments for marketing professionals. Covers brand and agency technology adoption, AI search, major platforms, technology spending, measurement, privacy, workforce changes, and business consequences. Collaborates with editorial, audience, data, visual, and social teams across newsletters, events, reports, trackers, and other products.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platforms and data products supporting audience intelligence, personalization, content operations, and business decision-making. Partner with engineering, data, editorial, and business teams to improve data quality, governance, workflows, recommendation systems, and AI-powered tools. Lead discovery through launch, define success metrics, conduct experimentation, and communicate product priorities and outcomes.

Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across events, awards, subscriptions and partnerships.
