Review large-loan write-ups, support deal milestones, maintain quality control, and develop standardized procedures to improve transaction efficiency and accuracy.

Supports commercial real estate securitizations and advisory projects, including CMBS and CLO transactions. Reviews loan-level due diligence, analyzes collateral and credit quality, maintains financial models, prepares offering documents and data tapes, performs reconciliations and quality control, and coordinates with clients, originators, underwriters, legal counsel, accountants, and rating agencies.
