Serve as a trusted advisor and technical resource, coordinate configuration changes and integrations, deliver reporting and web-based training, troubleshoot customer challenges, and advocate internally for customer needs. Partner with technical teams, product, services, and executives to improve customer experiences and identify opportunities for expanded platform usage.
