Own the reliability and quality of an AI copilot for trading platforms. Build evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, quality gates, monitoring, incident response, and model improvement loops. Partner with engineering and product on safe tool interactions, auditability, and user trust. Develop trading-domain expertise and measurement systems covering correctness, safety, latency, regression risk, and workflow performance.

Own and evolve the design system for a new retail trading platform, including token architecture, Figma Variables, component libraries, Code Connect mappings, documentation, accessibility, and governance. Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to resolve design-to-code gaps and inform product decisions. Use AI tooling to improve workflows and work independently in an early-stage design organization.

Own product design for retail trading surfaces including research, order entry, position management, and portfolios. Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers, prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling, contribute to the design system, and influence product decisions. Requires experience shipping mobile retail trading products involving real-money transactions, strong understanding of trading mechanics, excellent design craft, autonomy, and low ego. Options or derivatives, consumer fintech, and design system experience are preferred.

Own the mobile product design experience across key surfaces for a new retail trading product. Design iOS and Android experiences, collaborate closely with engineering, prototype in the codebase using AI tooling, contribute mobile-first design system patterns, and maintain cohesion between web and mobile. The role requires strong product design fundamentals, deep native mobile craft, autonomy, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Architect and build a high-performance trading platform for active traders. Develop responsive web interfaces integrating real-time market data, low-latency execution workflows, and advanced trading tools. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on large-scale initiatives, emphasizing scalability, performance, API quality, maintainability, developer experience, and end-user usability.

Own the reliability and quality of an AI copilot for a trading platform. Build evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, quality gates, monitoring, incident response, and model improvement workflows. Partner with engineering and product to create safe, auditable tool interactions and improve assistant behavior. Develop domain expertise in trading, risk, margin, execution, and portfolio reasoning while operating across model, backend, and frontend systems.

Build the core AI platform and high-performance Rust backend powering an AI-native trading copilot. Implement streaming responses, low-latency tool execution, caching, orchestration of models and tools, secure APIs, auditing/tracing, and safe, auditable trading action infrastructure. Partner with product and frontend to enable AI-native UX and translate trading domain requirements into resilient platform primitives.

Build a high-performance, low-latency Rust backend and core AI platform for an AI-native trading experience. Implement streaming responses, tool orchestration, caching, secure APIs (auth, rate limits, auditing, tracing), and safe trading action infrastructure (previews, confirmations, idempotency, audit logs). Partner with product and frontend to enable AI-native UX and translate business domain requirements into secure, resilient platform primitives.

Design and build a high-performance, AI-native web trading experience for sophisticated retail traders. Ship core trading workflows (order entry, positions, blotter, watchlists, alerts), implement trustworthy AI UI patterns, collaborate with backend engineers on low-latency contracts, and iterate quickly with users and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product features.
