The Senior Partner Strategy Manager will develop and execute global go-to-market strategies to enhance developer ecosystem engagement and adoption of Cloudflare's services through partnerships and collaboration.

Responsibilities include code reviews, testing, deployments, rollbacks, operations, alerting, and on-call support for a system operating across tens of thousands of servers and hundreds of data centers.

Build and expand Cloudflare's global datacenter network: coordinate installations, manage hardware and contractors, implement consistent processes, perform Linux administration, use configuration management and scripting, and collaborate with SRE and Network Engineering to improve operations and automation.

Lead pre-sales technical discovery, design architectures, and deliver demos/PoCs across security, networking, and developer platforms. Own technical relationship through onboarding, adoption, and expansion; monitor customer health, resolve integrations, and drive time-to-value. Carry quota for new business and account growth, lead technical QBRs, and advise stakeholders from engineers to C-suite on architecture and security.

Conduct AI security research, agentic and LLM testing, vulnerability discovery, adversary simulations, and full-chain red team operations. Test WAF, EDR, and SIEM detection efficacy using MITRE ATT&CK, collaborate with blue teams and incident response, develop detection validation frameworks, report risks to executives, and mentor security professionals.

Customer-facing pre-sales technologist partnering with sales to map customer needs to Cloudflare solutions, deliver technical presentations and demos, run proof-of-concepts, build technical relationships, and evangelize best practices at events.

The Senior Solutions Engineer engages with enterprise customers to present Cloudflare solutions, manage technical sales processes, and ensure customer success through strong communication and expertise in networking and security.

Own and run Cloudflare's marketing operations engine: intake, campaign operations, lead flow, and provisioning while designing and driving automation with Cloudflare OS. Govern data, taxonomy, lead scoring, and change control. Partner with Engineering, BI, IT, and vendors to shape MarTech architecture, identity resolution, and tool rationalization. Lead contractors, measure reduction in manual work, and deliver a standardized, auditable global system.

Serve as the CMO's strategic partner to design and run marketing operating systems, lead annual/quarterly planning, OKRs, budgeting and headcount, drive AI-enabled operating change, manage cross-functional GTM alignment, and program-manage high-impact strategic initiatives end-to-end.
