Serve as FP&A partner to Consumer leadership owning forecasting, budgeting, and driver-based financial models. Deliver monthly variance analysis, partner with Accounting, and translate financial insights into resource-allocation recommendations. Lead business-review presentations and conduct deep-dive analyses to find efficiency opportunities across Consumer operational spend.

The role involves owning the architecture and technical direction of Payment Rails infrastructure, designing high-reliability systems for global payment processing, and leading cross-functional collaborations to create efficient, compliant solutions. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members and enhancing operational excellence through AI-driven improvements.

Own multi-year product vision and roadmap for Coinbase's core cloud infrastructure and reliability. Define SLOs, capacity planning, failover, and incident reduction targets; evaluate and adopt technologies (Kubernetes, service mesh, IaC, observability); build self-serve platform capabilities; partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and Finance to optimize cost, compliance, and performance; translate infrastructure metrics into executive investment cases.
