Own diligence and underwriting for institutional counterparties, recommend internal credit ratings and risk-based limits, monitor portfolio exposures, analyze asset volatility/liquidity for limit-setting, negotiate industry documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client or product issues.

Manage day-to-day operations of card issuing and payment network partnerships, track KPIs and milestones, analyze partner performance and opportunities, coordinate cross-functional launches with legal/compliance/product/marketing/finance, prepare partner briefings and business reviews, and surface data-driven recommendations to improve partner performance.

Serve as primary legal partner to product, engineering, and design teams building stablecoins, payments, and crypto infrastructure. Lead financial due diligence and end-to-end purchase accounting for acquisitions, drive accounting treatment for investments and consolidations, draft technical memos and SEC disclosures, ensure SOX controls, and partner cross-functionally on new products, complex transactions, and post-close integration.
