Product Manager Intern on Coinbase’s HR Technology team, owning initiatives from discovery through launch. Responsibilities include evaluating AI-powered tools, redesigning workflows, automating HR processes, gathering stakeholder feedback, piloting generative AI agents, analyzing product metrics, and communicating outcomes. The role partners with HR, IT, Security, and vendors to improve employee tools and build an AI-native HR organization.

Own monthly close, reconciliations, financial statements, and regulatory reporting for Coinbase’s FCM and Broker-Dealer entities. Monitor capital and liquidity requirements, coordinate audits, strengthen accounting and compliance controls, support product launches, and automate scalable accounting processes. The role partners with Accounting, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams while meeting regulatory deadlines and maintaining accurate, business-ready outputs through responsible use of generative AI.

Work with customers and sales as a technical advisor to design and build integration solutions on Coinbase services. Architect distributed systems, develop open-source SDKs and reference implementations, lead end-to-end customer implementations, deliver technical presentations, remove roadblocks, and collaborate with product and engineering to extend platform capabilities.
