Advises prospects on digital transformation, validates technical requirements, mitigates risks, supports RFIs and security questionnaires, and communicates product feedback internally. Collaborates with solution architects and customer success teams to support successful customer implementations. Requires SaaS solution engineering experience, strong technical communication, and REST API expertise.
