Lead and build Covera's Center of Excellence Customer Success function for jumbo employer and health plan clients. Own strategic client relationships, act as executive advisor, manage onboarding and sales handoffs, deliver recurring performance reporting and QBRs, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to ensure ROI and client advocacy. Role requires travel to customer meetings and industry events.

Own and maintain Center of Excellence network reporting and health metrics. Build recurring and ad hoc dashboards using Databricks, Python, and SQL. Conduct network adequacy and coverage analysis, validate and distribute reports, surface risks and trends, support client meetings, and produce executive-ready summaries while documenting processes and standards.

Provide day-to-day commercial legal support: draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, BAA/DPA, vendor and partnership contracts; advise on privacy, HIPAA, FDA/CMS and AI-related product counseling; build contract templates, playbooks, and legal operations improvements; partner with Sales, Product, Security, and Procurement; manage outside counsel and streamline contracting workflows.

Contract Commercial Counsel will own day-to-day commercial contracting: draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, BAAs, DPAs, vendor and partnership contracts; advise Sales, Product, Security, and Ops on privacy and regulatory risk; build templates, playbooks, and contract operations; and evaluate AI and legal tech to streamline workflows.

Build and scale Covera's Revenue Operations function: own HubSpot CRM administration, pipeline management, forecasting, executive and board reporting, deal desk and pricing processes, cross-functional commercial operations, dashboards/KPIs, and scalable automation to enable predictable growth.

Lead and scale Covera's proposal function: manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ and security questionnaire responses, write and tailor persuasive content, build a centralized content library and proposal operations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, implement proposal tooling and metrics, and support renewals and expansion proposals to drive commercial growth.

Serve as chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Build and lead a small legal team, negotiate and draft complex commercial, vendor, healthcare, and partnership agreements, manage corporate governance, litigation, and regulatory compliance (privacy, healthcare, AI). Lead M&A and financings, oversee IP strategy, and partner across Product, Engineering, Security, Clinical, Sales, and Finance to enable growth.

Lead and own the population health analytics pipeline: intake and reconciliation of claims, eligibility, and MAO-004 data; identify and reconcile care gaps and closures; deliver practice-level performance analysis and billing reconciliations; build funnel instrumentation; document, standardize, and automate pipelines with Product and Engineering. Ensure billing-grade accuracy and support program measurement aligned to CMS reconciliation windows.

Own client performance reporting and narrative for population health programs, turning analytics into actionable practice-level insights and expansion business cases. Build scalable reporting frameworks, partner with clinical and analytics teams to quantify pathology-level value, and drive retention and wallet-share growth through executive-facing materials and disciplined performance reviews.
