Lead Darkroom’s paid media practice and set its strategic vision, operational standards, and growth strategy. Own performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other channels for DTC and omnichannel brands. Manage client P&Ls, attribution, forecasting, reporting, and executive reviews while leading a 10+ person media team. Build scalable workflows, hire and develop talent, improve margins, and integrate creative, media, analytics, and retail efforts to drive profitable growth.

Design and implement end-to-end full‑stack features connecting databases, APIs, UIs, and ML services. Build and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs, data pipelines, and GCP-distributed services. Integrate, prompt, and debug LLMs and RAG/fine‑tuning pipelines. Ensure performance, reliability, and security, collaborate across product and design, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead creative strategy and execution for paid-media ad programs (primarily Meta and TikTok). Drive high-volume production of statics, motion, short-form video, and UGC; brief and mentor designers/editors; translate performance metrics into testable creative concepts; present to clients; build scalable processes and testing frameworks; and iterate creatives based on data and AI-assisted tooling.

Own new-business revenue and upsell/cross-sell for Retention Marketing (email, SMS, lifecycle) and Digital Products (AI-search/GEO, SEO, CRO, web builds). Source pipeline via partnerships, events, and targeted outreach; field and close inbound; run expansion meetings; maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot and Notion; represent Darkroom at industry events.

Design analytical models, metric logic, and data schemas powering an AI marketing product; spec models and partner with engineering and AI teams; lead incrementality testing, power analysis, and MMM support; translate test results into budget recommendations and measurement guidance for paid media teams.

Build and lead Darkroom's programmatic capability across Amazon DSP, CTV, OLV, RMNs, and display. Own strategy, activation, optimization, measurement, test plans, partner/vendor evaluation, SOPs, and client communications. Partner with analytics, creative, and product teams and flex into paid social execution when needed.
