Leads digital brand media strategy and execution for Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino across paid social, video, CTV, display, programmatic, and audio. Owns media investment, KPIs, campaign reporting, optimization, agency and platform relationships, partnership amplification, testing roadmaps, incrementality, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, and executive presentations. The role drives brand lift, demand generation, market share, downloads, and efficient business growth.

The Senior Brand Experience Manager plans and executes high-impact events and activations, manages vendors, agencies, partners, budgets, gifting initiatives, and event performance metrics. The role develops executive presentations, toolkits, and frameworks; ensures brand consistency; builds cross-functional relationships; and supports VIP experiences for influencers, media, and clients. Build a high-performing product organization through coaching, talent development, and succession planning. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Trading, Commercial, Marketing, CRM, and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable, commercially impactful customer experiences. Drive experimentation, analytics, executive communication, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across complex, high-traffic transactional systems.

Partners with senior Engineering leaders on organizational design, leadership coaching, employee relations, talent strategy, workforce planning, and people programs. Supports employee integrity initiatives, M&A integration, AI adoption, people analytics, succession planning, and organizational culture across technical and security-focused teams. Handles sensitive investigations and cross-functional HR initiatives in regulated, globally distributed environments.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of scalable sportsbook software. Owns complex technical execution, architectural decisions, incident resolution, code quality, observability, and process improvements. Collaborates with product, design, and engineering stakeholders, mentors developers, and helps shape team strategy and technical direction for distributed sportsbook systems.

Develops and maintains Salesforce and backend applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Java, AWS, and integrations with MarTech and OpsTech tools. Owns end-to-end feature delivery, troubleshoots production issues, maintains SLAs, mentors engineers, establishes engineering standards, and communicates technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Own the creative direction and production quality of Fanatics Casino’s organic social channels. Shoot, edit, and design short-form video, graphics, and photography; oversee agency, UGC, and freelance content; translate briefs into finished assets; develop new social formats; maintain brand consistency; manage asset libraries and production workflows; and incorporate AI tools into creative ideation and templating.
