Leads Flex’s Product Partnerships function, covering capability-market strategy, build-buy-partner decisions, business cases, complex commercial negotiations, integrations, launches, renewals, and portfolio optimization. Apply lending and payments regulations to product design, disclosures, fees, and customer journeys. Design intuitive mobile experiences for financially consequential rent-payment flows, including errors and recovery states. Use research, analytics, experimentation, and prototypes to guide decisions; mentor designers; evolve the Ultraviolet design system; establish AI-assisted design practices; and partner with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
