Lead two cross-functional engineering teams (~8 engineers plus a manager) building measurement and network intelligence for outcomes and utilization. Partner with Engineering, ML, Data Science, Clinical, and Legal to ship and monitor models in production, write evals, design red-teaming and human-in-the-loop flows, and measure patient outcomes.

Own and architect Headway's cloud platform: deployments, autoscaling, capacity, container footprint (ECS/EKS), networking, Terraform self-serve, cost attribution, and Python monolith runtime health to make infrastructure safe, scalable, and self-serve for engineers.

Build, deploy, and iterate AI-powered revenue workflows to automate and scale provider GTM motions. Lead end-to-end Rev Ops initiatives from problem definition and data analysis through implementation, partnering with R&D and Data teams. Shadow reps to design usable processes, measure performance via quantitative analysis, and drive adoption and continuous optimization of AI-native tools and systems.

Own architecture and technical direction for Headway's Journey communications platform: design the decision engine, experimentation layer, channel orchestration, unified message ledger, and productionize LLM-powered personalization across multi-vendor delivery systems to improve patient and provider engagement.

Own and build Headways experimentation platform: assignment, exposure, identity resolution, feature flags, and data pipelines. Drive technical direction, reliability, and company-wide experimentation practices, integrate AI for diagnostics, and enable market-level tests across teams.

Lead and grow the Web Platform engineering team through people development, strategic planning, and cross-functional partnership. Define and advocate platform roadmap, drive platform investments that enable product goals, align multiple product teams, and ensure visibility through documentation, metrics, and stakeholder engagement.

Lead Headway's AI platform vision and roadmap, own the internal assistant Eddy, write evals and prompts, configure agents and integrations, and partner with CX, Ops, Sales, Finance, and Clinical teams to identify high-value AI workflows and drive adoption across the company.
