Join the Credit Portfolio Group as a Quantitative Research Associate to build and deploy AI/LLM and ML-driven models, analytics, and automation for portfolio management, trading, and risk. Responsibilities include designing generative AI agents, implementing portfolio optimization and market-making enhancements, automating reporting, collaborating on model approvals, and integrating tools into risk and P&L systems.

Provide investment support to private bankers: prepare investment recommendations, validate client objectives, advise on asset allocation and investment policy statements, coordinate sales efforts, and ensure compliance with securities policies.

Perform deep performance engineering (kernel, CPU/NUMA, networking), write automation and tooling, architect deployment models (containerization, immutable infra), leverage Agentic AI, interface with vendors, mentor teams, and ensure governance, reliability, and reusable solutions across businesses.

Lead end-to-end Product Trade lifecycle marketing for credit card customers: design and execute multi-channel campaigns, operationalize segmentation and personalization, measure performance and KPIs, optimize programs through testing and insights, document processes, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, controlled, and seamless customer experiences during upgrades and downgrades.

Provide technical accounting guidance on complex hedge and derivatives transactions, coordinate cross-regional stakeholders, review quarterly financial statements and disclosures, implement new hedge accounting standards, respond to auditors and ad hoc inquiries, and drive controls, automation and process standardization across the Treasury/Chief Investment Office.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for sales-focused applied AI products. Define user journeys and requirements, drive adoption, ensure compliance and data quality, partner with Data Science/Technology to deliver GenAI insights and agentic AI workflows that automate sales processes.
