Support pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements for Keeper's DevOps-focused cybersecurity products. Conduct technical discovery, demos, trials, integrations, and level-2 support for CI/CD, container, and cloud-native environments. Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B customers to drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsells and expansion. Serve as a technical and cybersecurity advisor, conduct QBRs, troubleshoot integrations (SSO/Directory), negotiate contracts, meet revenue quotas, and build strong C-level relationships to ensure customer success.
