Lead and scale enterprise account management to drive retention, renewals, expansion, upsell and net revenue retention. Drive new business within assigned geography/vertical through cold outreach and full sales-cycle management. Meet quotas, build pipeline, demo products, use Salesforce to track activity, and facilitate proposal reviews while acting as a Keeper product expert.

Drive growth through strategic MSP, MSSP, and Telco partner relationships. Build and execute joint business plans, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, train and enable partner teams, forecast pipeline, and coach junior ISRs while coordinating cross-functional resources to expand recurring revenue.
