Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, resolve or escalate problems, and communicate product guidance. Capture customer feedback, maintain support documentation, explain updates and best practices, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to improve resolution times and partner satisfaction. The role focuses on delivering clear, empathetic, solution-oriented support and contributing to strong CSAT results.
