Design and implement replication features in MongoDB using C++, improve failover, availability, correctness, and performance, write tests (C++, JavaScript, Python), diagnose and fix distributed-systems issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor and interview engineers.

Lead M&A integrations from LOI through post-close: translate deal thesis into integration goals, run the Integration Management Office, build playbooks and Day 1/Day 100 plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, track KPIs and synergies, support talent and change management, and standardize integration tools and governance.

Build and maintain developer-facing tools and APIs for MongoDB Atlas and Compass. Work full-stack on customer-facing UIs and backend services, design scalable, highly available web applications, collaborate cross-functionally, troubleshoot distributed systems, and improve performance and developer experience.

The role involves leading strategic initiatives, partnering with teams, conducting analyses, and communicating insights to improve operational processes at MongoDB.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers as a trusted advisor to drive retention, revenue realization, and advocacy. Proactively assess deployment health, run business reviews, create success plans, coordinate internal teams, and surface customer insights to influence product and expansion opportunities.
