Lead and build a Customer Communications function that owns strategy, operating model, governance, and execution for incident, advisory, and operational customer communications. Drive cross-functional alignment, run high-severity communications, establish playbooks and tooling, recruit and mentor a specialized team, and define metrics to improve timeliness, delivery confidence, and customer trust during critical events.

Build and maintain agent skills, tooling, and evaluation infrastructure: CLIs, libraries, CI workflows, metrics, safety gates, and observability for agent behavior. Design evaluation datasets, investigate failures, and collaborate with product and security teams to ship reliable, reusable internal systems.

Manage the global Candidate Experience function, leading a team to optimize candidate interactions and drive operational excellence across regions.

Partner with People teams to turn HR and org data into actionable insights. Build complex queries, statistical analyses, dashboards, and a centralized people data repository. Drive data governance, data quality, and stakeholder communication to support hiring, retention, productivity, and workforce decision-making.

Lead U.S. Public Sector marketing strategy and execution focused on federal accounts and partners. Build annual plans, run flagship programs (summits, events, webinars), coordinate FedRAMP-related go-to-market motions, align partner/distributor activities, ensure compliant external claims, measure pipeline and partner impact, and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment to produce measurable business outcomes.

Lead and scale U.S. public sector contracting: draft and negotiate SaaS/cloud and subcontract agreements, advise on FAR/DFARS/GSA/FedRAMP compliance, support RFPs and audits, build legal playbooks, and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate regulatory and export control risk.
