Leads analysis and credit ratings for consumer asset-backed securities transactions. Evaluates collateral performance, transaction structures, legal frameworks, cash flows, credit enhancements, servicing, and macroeconomic risks. Develop and launch benchmark, thematic, factor, strategic beta, and multi-asset indexes from concept through market release. Conduct quantitative research, machine learning, back-testing, portfolio construction, risk analytics, and statistical testing. Build AI-enabled tools, prototypes, dashboards, and automated workflows while translating complex investment concepts into methodologies, research, presentations, and client-facing narratives. Collaborate with research, product, technology, operations, and commercial teams.

Build and operate production AI applications and shared platform capabilities using AWS Bedrock and Python. Develop AI agents, MCP servers, APIs, and distributed services; integrate AI into existing applications; evaluate retrieval, tool-use, orchestration, and model-performance approaches; and ensure reliability, security, testing, observability, and maintainability. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to identify workflow improvements, influence architecture and engineering standards, support delivery planning, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Own the Credit business’s global marketing automation strategy, platforms, integrations, governance, audience segmentation, data architecture, and reporting frameworks. Administer HubSpot, Pardot, and related martech systems; design automation programs, lead scoring, and audience journeys; maintain data quality and privacy compliance; and develop marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, dashboards, and actionable insights to improve campaign performance and investment decisions.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, positioning, messaging, email marketing, sales enablement, and thought-leadership programs for credit ratings and subscription products. Analyze market, client, website, funnel, and campaign data to optimize performance and revenue. Coordinate cross-functional execution with product, business development, digital marketing, content, events, copy, and design teams while reporting KPIs and actionable insights.

Leads global brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, brand architecture, naming, governance, and activation. Translates audience insights, market dynamics, and business priorities into differentiated strategies, campaigns, creative briefs, and go-to-market direction. Partners with marketing, product, creative, sales, legal, compliance, and research teams; manages complex workstreams and external partners; presents recommendations to senior leaders; and uses brand and campaign performance data to optimize strategy.

Leads surveillance of existing fund finance credit ratings, monitoring transaction performance and conducting portfolio analysis using predictive models and rating methodologies. Prepares committee materials, rating letters, disclosures, and research; assesses legal, regulatory, counterparty, and credit risks; participates in manager due diligence; and mentors junior analysts.
