Serve as strategic advisor to the CRO Americas, owning commercial operating model, territory design, forecasting, compensation/quota methodology, and sales performance frameworks. Deliver data-driven insights, build ICPs and segmentation, partner on Salesforce and analytics integration, and lead change initiatives to improve pipeline hygiene, sales velocity, and regional profitability.
