Manage research data products, pipelines, SQL repositories, and methodology implementations across production systems. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and analyst teams to deploy tools, improve research workflows, optimize data delivery, and maintain data quality. Communicate methodology changes and project progress to stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, financial markets knowledge, and the ability to work onsite five days per week.

Generate qualified opportunities within a fixed book of accounts via outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up. Conduct discovery, qualify leads, maintain Salesforce records, use sales tools (LinkedIn, Outreach, Gong), collaborate with AMs/BDRs, and meet monthly/quarterly pipeline quotas to drive revenue growth.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical expertise for PitchBook's API and data feed products, support Sales and Customer Success teams, build client solutions with remote development teams, manage technical request queues, coordinate with Product/Technology/IT, and share customer feedback to improve the platform.
