Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts to support performance, retention, and revenue goals. Execute day-to-day account tasks, monitor campaign performance, communicate with partners and internal teams, identify trends, follow processes, and collaborate cross-functionally while building publisher strategy and monetization knowledge.

Lead architecture and technical direction for core Scala/Java systems, drive cross-team delivery, improve reliability and performance, standardize platform patterns and tooling, embed secure-by-design practices, mentor senior engineers, and advance AI-first engineering workflows. Lead design and hands-on delivery of a next-generation data platform and pipelines (batch, ELT, near-real-time) powering BI, experimentation, and ML. Own platform architecture, data modeling, governance, observability, and mentor engineers while modernizing legacy systems and driving AI-first data engineering practices across cross-functional teams.

Lead design, build, and operation of end-to-end production ML systems (feature pipelines, training, inference, experimentation, monitoring) for ranking, recommendation, rewards, ROAS/LTV prediction, personalization, and offer optimization in a high-scale AdTech environment. Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive MLOps and observability standards, and partner with Data Engineering, BI, Product, and business teams to connect models to outcomes.
