The Chief of Staff will support the CEO by enhancing strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, leading cross-functional projects, and improving operational efficiency within Raycon as it scales.

The Product Manager will oversee hardware products from concept to production, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery while translating customer needs into specs and performance metrics.
