Supports global compensation programs through market benchmarking, job leveling, data audits, annual merit and bonus cycles, equity planning, bonus calculations, and compensation inquiries. The role uses Excel, Workday, ServiceNow, and Radford/Aon survey data to model compensation, maintain data integrity, support compliance, and advise managers, recruiters, and HR business partners on pay recommendations and policies.

Leads high-visibility product programs focused on market adoption, analyst relations, customer advisory boards, executive briefings, and industry events.
