Manage long-term success of strategic, multi-location ServiceTitan customers through relationship building, training, adoption initiatives, product feedback, KPI analysis, escalations, business reviews, and onboarding support to drive satisfaction and evangelism.

Operate and modernize ServiceTitan’s production VoIP and telephony infrastructure to ensure 99.99%+ availability. Own SBCs, SIP trunking, media gateways, capacity planning, observability, incident response, interoperability testing, carrier/vendor management, compliance (e911, fraud detection), and automation (Python/Bash/Go). Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with engineering and support teams to scale voice services and improve reliability.

Own onboarding, administration, configuration, and internal operational workflows for ServiceTitan Communications products. Define roadmaps, write PRDs and user stories, build AI-assisted prototypes, partner with cross-functional teams, and measure outcomes to reduce operational friction and improve adoption and reliability.

Lead and scale a global SRE team to ensure 4-9's availability, run 24x7 operations and incident command, own release management, capacity planning, performance tuning, and observability. Drive SRE practices, CI/CD, IaC, containerization, pre-production performance/DR constructs, and partner with engineering leadership to improve reliability, uptime, and operational processes.

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end quality systems and testing frameworks. Own multiple testing layers (unit, integration, E2E, contract, performance, chaos), integrate automated tests into CI/CD, drive load/performance testing and monitoring, troubleshoot failures, apply AI tooling to improve workflows, and collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to improve coverage and reliability.

Lead design and execution of global compensation, bonus and equity programs; build modeling, tools, and enablement for offers, budgets, and manager/employee compensation visibility; partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to align pay-for-performance, ensure compliance and market competitiveness, and scale compensation architecture across regions.

Sell Aspire’s SaaS business management software to enterprise customers: manage pipeline and forecasts, meet quotas, present value propositions, negotiate contracts, maintain Salesforce records, build stakeholder relationships, attend occasional tradeshows, and collaborate with sales, solutions, marketing, and product teams.

Provide front-line technical support for ServiceTitan customers via phone, chat, email, and screen-share; troubleshoot issues, prevent escalations, build product expertise, and explain marketing and technical concepts clearly while reviewing reports and customer data.

Lead the vision, strategy, and delivery for Communications Intelligence: build a cross-channel communications data platform, reporting, APIs, and Voice Intelligence. Define metrics, drive data quality and observability, design operational dashboards and workforce intelligence, prototype UX, align cross-functional teams, and mentor product peers to improve contact center outcomes and AI-powered insights.

Sell Aspire's SaaS products to prospective landscaping customers, manage pipeline and forecasts, meet monthly and quarterly quotas, record all activity in CRM, present value propositions, negotiate contracts and pricing, prospect and build stakeholder relationships, attend occasional tradeshows, and travel as needed to close business.
