Use AI tools to improve productivity, understand Zscaler products, migrate contracts to current SKUs, and identify upsell opportunities. The role requires strong organization, collaboration, transaction management, and target attainment.

Manage high-volume contract renewals for commercial customers with ARR of $50K or less. Coordinate with deal desk, pricing, partners, customer success, sales operations, account executives, and customers to complete renewals on time. Use AI tools to improve productivity, support contract SKU migrations, maintain customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.

Provides technical leadership for Zscaler Zero Trust Browser solutions across the sales lifecycle. Leads executive briefings, technical workshops, proof-of-value evaluations, deployments, and architecture discussions. Develops technical collateral, demos, test plans, and reference architectures while articulating browser security controls such as threat prevention, monitoring, DLP, private application access, and privileged remote access. Partners with sales and engineering to support customer outcomes, product enhancements, and successful technical wins.

Manage post-sales customer engagements from onboarding through renewal for Zscaler SecOps products. Provide cybersecurity education and strategic guidance, conduct executive business reviews, support renewals, mitigate retention risks, and identify expansion opportunities. Build trusted customer relationships, analyze performance metrics, gather product feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and technical teams to improve customer security outcomes and maximize product value.
