As a Traffic Quality Analyst, you will analyze data to detect invalid traffic, develop detection models, investigate malicious activities, and ensure compliance with ad standards. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve anti-fraud systems and educate stakeholders on inventory guidelines.

Design, deploy, administer, and optimize large-scale, highly available Big Data platforms (Kafka, Hadoop/MapR, Aerospike). Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, monitoring, automation, production troubleshooting, and participate in on-call rotations while collaborating with SRE, Infrastructure, Database, and Engineering teams.

Lead technical escalations for the ClearLine buy-side platform, troubleshoot complex programmatic ad workflows, use SQL/Python in Snowflake/Databricks to analyze data and automate workflows, leverage AI tools to design scalable operational solutions, produce technical documentation, and coordinate cross-functional fixes with Product, Engineering, and Account Management.

Support go-to-market strategy and execution for Magnite products (primarily DV+). Create sales enablement materials, develop messaging and positioning, drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Marketing, and translate technical features into clear value-led narratives.

Lead sales efforts for performance marketing/DTC/DR customers by building and owning pipelines, generating leads, managing full sales cycles, executing programmatic and managed-service deals, growing revenue, and coordinating reporting with internal teams. Use Salesforce and outreach (cold calling/email) to exceed targets and develop long-term client relationships.

Manage a portfolio of programmatic ad clients, partnering with Demand Facilitation and internal teams to execute campaigns, provide reporting and insights, troubleshoot delivery issues, identify growth opportunities, and conduct business reviews to meet revenue and performance goals.

Drive CTV channel revenue strategy for SMBs via channel partners. Own and close a high-value partner pipeline, perform consultative selling, execute go-to-market plans, and collaborate with Product, Enterprise Sales, and Solutions Engineering to translate partner needs into product and revenue outcomes.

Lead technical onboarding for high-value CTV and mobile publishers onto the SpringServe platform. Deliver technical demos, design and execute migration plans, troubleshoot ad server and SDK integrations (oRTB, VAST), liaise with BD, Product, and Operations, and ensure smooth handoffs while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.

Design and implement scalable, low-latency Java ad-server systems; modernize legacy Java/Tomcat services; build features, observability, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/EKS/ECS); optimize caching and data stores; mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives in high-throughput ad-serving and RTB domains.
