Lead UX/UI design for Stash’s in-product growth experiences, including referrals, milestones, shareable achievements, and engagement incentives. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to create intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences that encourage healthy financial habits and organic user growth. Influence product direction, contribute to design systems and critique practices, and explore ethical AI interaction patterns.

The Growth Marketing Manager will identify ambiguous growth opportunities, design and run experiments, analyze performance, and scale efficient acquisition channels. Responsibilities include developing customer insights and creative concepts, building business cases and success metrics, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, launching new channels, and making scale-or-stop decisions. The role requires independent execution in a startup environment, strong communication, project management, analytical judgment, and effective use of AI and automation tools.

Own and evolve Stash’s brand voice across marketing channels. Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for landing pages, video scripts, email, CRM, paid and organic social, in-product prompts, and campaigns. Collaborate with Creative, Growth, Marketing, Product, and CRM teams; use performance data to optimize work; experiment with AI tools; and create compelling financial-services content within regulatory constraints.

Own and scale Stash’s affiliate and influencer acquisition channel. Recruit and activate partners, manage offers, payouts, tracking, fraud and quality, analyze performance, and optimize partner economics toward efficient customer acquisition. Build testing roadmaps, report insights, and collaborate with Growth, Creative, Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Finance. The role requires hands-on management of affiliate contracts and tiering in Impact, strong analytical and relationship-management skills, and experience in startup growth.

Lead paid social and mobile ad network acquisition (Meta, TikTok, AppLovin). Own channel strategy, budgets, bidding, and testing roadmaps. Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages, partner with creative and data teams, implement AI-driven workflows, analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, payback), and scale high-performing experiments to drive efficient new customer acquisition.

Produce end-to-end paid social video ads: concept, shoot, edit, and iterate performance-driven content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Manage pre-production, talent, timelines, budgets, and asset libraries. Create multiple ad variations, simple motion graphics, and platform-native edits while partnering with cross-functional teams and applying AI tools thoughtfully to improve creative testing and performance.

Lead retention, churn prevention, and winback programs for subscribers. Partner with Data Science and Product to build churn signals, run experiments, design rescue flows, measure retention impact, and mentor the lifecycle team.

Own and evolve Stash's dbt-powered data mart and Looker semantic layer: build production dbt models, enforce data quality and freshness, define trusted metrics, partner with engineering and data science, enable self-serve analytics, improve job reliability and performance, and mentor peers to maintain trustworthy reporting for Product, Growth, Finance, and Data Science.
