Lead and operationalize high-priority revenue initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations. Build business cases, define governance and KPIs, manage cross-functional execution, track impact via dashboards, and report results to executive leadership.

Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, forecasting, and territory design for a retail marketplace. Build models and analytics to set targets, optimize capacity, size new revenue streams, and present insights to senior leaders. Drive process and tooling improvements, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations, and hire and develop a strategic planning team.

Design and produce high-end learning experiences (self-paced, instructor-led, microlearning) using Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Camtasia and AI tools. Architect learning journeys, prompt-engineer AI Personas, partner cross-functionally with SMEs, rapidly prototype MVPs, and embed performance support to solve operational friction and drive business results.

Oversee the authentication of fine jewelry and watches, ensuring quality and accuracy in pricing while managing a team. Engage in training and maintaining workflow efficiency.

Manage and coach a team of Business Development Representatives to meet outreach, qualification, and booking KPIs. Monitor calls and productivity, resolve escalations, partner with sales leaders, hire and train staff, analyze workflows and performance data, and provide coverage as needed to drive consignment growth and team results.
