As an Account Executive, you will build relationships with customers, understand their challenges, present solutions, and drive revenue growth by closing new business.

Provide in-person and remote IT support including Mac endpoint and mobile device administration, account provisioning via Okta/Google Workspace, JAMF/Google MDM management, AV and conference room support, basic wired/wireless network troubleshooting, IT asset procurement and inventory, and create knowledge-base documentation to support employee onboarding and day-to-day technical needs.

Provide deliverability consulting and troubleshooting for Braze customers: manage tickets and portfolios, run investigations and audits, remediate blocklists/spam traps, plan IP warming, monitor email metrics, and lead strategic deliverability projects and customer education.

Lead technical pre-sales for Retail accounts: run discovery, deliver demos/workshops, design POVs/validations, own deal strategy, collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and promote adoption of Braze and BrazeAI features.

Own the full sales cycle for Financial Services clients: prospect, close new business ($50K–$500K ARR), and manage/farm 8–14 accounts with Customer Success. Act as a strategic, consultative advisor, generate and manage pipeline, drive value-first conversations, and help buyers navigate large SaaS investments while collaborating with marketing, product, and technical stakeholders.

Build, operate, and automate Braze’s internal Infrastructure-as-a-Service and large-scale background processing frameworks. Collaborate with product teams to design scalable, observable systems, improve reliability via automation, and own scaling, failure modes, and operational safety. Implement tooling for capacity management, observability, and developer ergonomics. Participate in on-call rotation, incident response, and post-incident retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Own the full sales cycle for Scale Retail: prospect, qualify, and close new SaaS business. Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing/Product/Technical executives, drive consultative, value-first conversations, manage pipeline, and use data-driven approaches to influence stakeholders and accelerate large, distributed purchasing decisions.

Manage a portfolio of high-value retail enterprise accounts and pursue new strategic clients. Build C-suite relationships, use consultative/value-based selling to drive revenue and expansion, prospect outbound, collaborate cross-functionally, and use CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.

Own the full sales cycle for the Scale Retail segment: prospect, build and manage pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, close new SaaS business, and act as a trusted advisor to marketing/product/technical stakeholders to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise integrations, automation, and AI-driven workflows across SaaS platforms. Architect scalable APIs, middleware, and conversational self-service; partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Product to reduce operational toil and enable reliable, extensible enterprise platform capabilities.
