Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Order Management on complex hardware/software/services deals, contribute to Master Data Management and account validation, and identify quoting process improvements.

Lead observability and reliability for the cloud platform: design metrics/logs/tracing standards, establish SLOs and error budgets, run incident response and on-call, operate Kubernetes/EKS on AWS, build automation to reduce toil, and mentor engineering teams.
