Own the product direction and multi-quarter roadmap for Datadog’s metering and cost attribution platform. Define tagging, usage aggregation, rating, billing outputs, cost allocation, data quality standards, and agentic usage capabilities. Partner across engineering, product, Finance, Sales, Support, and Cloud Cost Management to establish platform standards, support pricing and packaging, and enable accurate, timely, auditable usage data at enterprise scale.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Datadog’s chat, video, and collaboration integrations. Build scalable integration platforms, APIs, synchronization capabilities, enterprise governance, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner with engineering, product, sales, customers, and technology partners to define requirements, prioritize investments, drive adoption, and support strategic deals. The role requires strong technical understanding of integrations, webhooks, authentication, rate limits, sync models, and enterprise IT operations.

Own and develop a research program across Core Pillars, beginning with Agent Console. Conduct mixed-methods research, analyze qualitative and quantitative evidence, understand technical enterprise users, influence product and design strategy, and improve research practices through AI-assisted workflows and behavioral data.

Maintain accurate Workday records, monitor deadlines, audit data, report on program performance, and partner with Recruiting, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Benefits, People teams, counsel, and external providers. Improve processes, documentation, efficiency, and scalability while supporting evolving regulatory requirements.

Manage high-volume interview scheduling and recruiting coordination, including candidate and interviewer communications, interview logistics, rescheduling, travel and expense support, ATS data accuracy, offer letters, dashboards, and SLA/KPI reporting. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and people teams while maintaining confidentiality, resolving blockers, supporting team queues, and providing stakeholder guidance and training.

Supports strategic sourcing for G&A categories by executing RFx events, negotiating vendor terms, managing renewals, analyzing spend, and identifying savings opportunities. Builds pricing, license forecast, and utilization models for enterprise software. Partners with stakeholders and FP&A, monitors market trends, improves procurement processes through automation and AI, and brings structure to ambiguous sourcing initiatives.

Supports federal security certifications and authorizations, including FedRAMP and DoD requirements. The role assesses and mitigates risks, validates security controls, manages audits and continuous monitoring, documents compliance, and partners with engineering, legal, finance, customers, auditors, and regulators. It also evaluates AI products for regulated customers and develops compliance automation.

Lead strategy, roadmap, growth, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution for Datadog’s Code Security product portfolio. Manage and mentor product managers, align engineering and cross-functional teams, represent products with customers and industry analysts, and drive revenue toward a multi-hundred-million-dollar business. The role requires strong product leadership, security-market expertise, analytical ability, customer focus, technical fluency, and executive communication skills.
