Own a business-function domain as an internal product manager, translating ambiguous stakeholder needs into buildable requirements and driving cross-functional delivery. Identify automation and AI opportunities, manage stakeholder relationships, assess system configurations and vendors, document processes and integrations, and ensure data integrity, security, privacy, and compliance. The role supports either People, Recruiting, Legal or Finance, GTM, Procurement, and Technical Solutions.

Own the strategy and execution of Datadog’s Feature Flagging and Experimentation product, integrating flags with observability signals and designing AI-native workflows. Owns sponsorship strategy, sales, and execution for Datadog’s flagship conference and global summits. Responsibilities include developing sponsorship packages, managing revenue plans and forecasts, conducting the full consultative sales cycle, negotiating and renewing sponsor agreements, maintaining CRM reporting, and coordinating partner experiences with cross-functional teams. The role requires presenting to senior stakeholders, improving sponsorship products and pricing, and supporting onsite conference execution.

Own and evolve Datadog’s brand voice across campaigns, events, web, video, social, product marketing, and sales enablement. Develop high-impact concepts and copy, establish messaging frameworks and editorial standards, and create AI-enabled writing workflows with prompts, evaluations, and guardrails. Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Web, and Communications teams while coaching internal partners, agencies, and contractors to consistently apply the brand voice.

Lead Datadog’s DRUIDS design systems team, setting strategy, roadmap, ownership, and quality standards. Manage designers and design engineers, coach and hire team members, oversee design-system tooling and workflows, and partner with product designers, engineers, and PMs. Maintain hands-on involvement in product design, front-end code, component quality, and emerging AI-assisted design and development practices.

Leads the Database Monitoring engineering organization, owning product strategy, roadmap, AI feature development, market expansion, customer adoption, and commercial outcomes. Owns strategy and execution across source code indexing, pull-request agents, code-writing agents, and closed-loop evaluation systems. Sets technical direction, partners with customers and product teams, and establishes standards for safety, validation, agent autonomy, and product delivery.

Conduct an end-to-end AI research project with Datadog AI Research and Carnegie Mellon University. The intern will frame problems, train and evaluate models using GPUs and large-scale data, run experiments, collaborate with DAIR mentors and a faculty advisor, publish findings, and potentially transition successful research into production systems.
