Own DocSend customer-facing product experiences from discovery through launch and iteration. Define product strategy, prioritize customer problems, guide Engineering and Design, evaluate quantitative and qualitative insights, establish success measures, and drive foundational improvements, AI-powered workflows, and multi-product experiences across Dropbox and DocSend.

Serve as a strategic finance partner to Product leadership, building financial models, forecasts, business cases, and scenario analyses for growth initiatives, pricing, investments, and resource allocation. Analyze SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, churn, and unit economics, translating complex data into recommendations for senior leaders. Collaborate across Product, Finance, Data Science, and Marketing while improving analysis through automation, standardized processes, and AI-enabled workflows.

Owns go-to-market readiness for product launches, pricing and packaging changes, migrations, deprecations, and route-to-market changes. Own Dropbox’s customer evidence program, including customer advocacy, case studies, ROI studies, testimonials, peer reviews, and competitive proof. Set editorial standards, direct agency partners, manage the sales content library, deploy evidence into active enterprise deals, and measure its impact on pipeline, win rates, adoption, and sales-cycle velocity. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and product teams to prioritize evidence and report performance.

Software Engineering Interns will build and ship high-impact software projects across product, infrastructure, customer experience, mobile, and security teams. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying features; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; participating in agile development and prototyping; applying user-centered design; and learning through mentorship, technical talks, and feedback. The internship is virtual, full-time, and lasts 12 weeks during Summer 2027.

Build strategic relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers, lead discovery, apply MEDDICC or SPICED qualification, communicate business value, forecast accurately, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
