Lead and execute AlphaSense brand strategy and design systems across campaigns, product storytelling, OOH, web, social, and events. Provide hands-on creative direction, mentor and grow the design team, partner cross-functionally and with agencies, and evolve scalable visual systems that integrate product and communicate trust to enterprise audiences.

Owns the end-to-end new business sales cycle for mid-market corporate accounts, including prospecting, relationship building, product demonstrations, trials, forecasting, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing. Manage the developer portal, documentation, quickstarts, SDKs, code samples, authentication, errors, structured responses, logging, and tracing. Use developer analytics, support signals, and customer conversations to guide the roadmap while partnering with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education to improve adoption and reduce time-to-first-call.

Sell AlphaSense’s Enterprise Intelligence solution to investment teams and C-suite leaders across hedge funds, private equity, asset management, and investment banking. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, leading consultative sales processes, coordinating Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical teams, managing stakeholder communications, developing trial plans, and creating strategies to close enterprise deals.

Own renewals, retention, customer health, adoption, and expansion for high-value financial services accounts. Build relationships with users, executives, decision-makers, and sponsors; lead business reviews; identify risks and mitigation plans; forecast renewals; and partner with Account Executives and internal teams on upsell opportunities. Maintain account plans, CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and strong follow-through in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Perform outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 executives and investment professionals. Use email, phone, and social outreach, research target accounts, handle discovery and objections, schedule meetings for Account Executives, log activity in CRM, and consistently achieve program KPIs.

Lead accounting operations for a high-growth SaaS company preparing for public-company readiness. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; strengthen SOX controls; ensure US GAAP compliance; optimize NetSuite, Workday, and FloQast; drive automation and scalable processes; and build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting organization in partnership with the Controller and other finance leaders.

Serve as the financial services domain expert, identify new companies and subsectors, map value chains, and generate differentiated insights for investors and corporate clients. Partner cross-functionally to improve research workflows, expand coverage, and maintain high-quality outputs.
