Lead AlphaSense’s Search and Curated Experiences product areas. Set strategy and roadmaps for relevance, ranking, query understanding, document coverage, filtering, latency, reliability, and curated content experiences. Establish evaluation metrics and experimentation, partner with AI, Knowledge Graph, Engineering, and Design teams, and manage a product manager. Own the full product lifecycle from strategy through launch, analysis, and iteration while driving customer and business impact.

Leads the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operations of AlphaSense’s financial systems stack. Owns quote-to-cash and revenue recognition workflows across Salesforce, Metronome, and NetSuite; oversees implementations, upgrades, integrations, internal controls, audit readiness, vendor relationships, and ASC 606 compliance. Builds and manages a financial systems team while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and IT.

Lead and expand strategic enterprise financial-services accounts, including investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. Own retention and expansion targets, forecast revenue, prevent churn, drive adoption, and identify whitespace opportunities. Build executive relationships, lead QBRs, onboarding, training, and value campaigns. Partner with sales and customer success teams on growth plans, communicate customer insights internally, and travel frequently to financial hubs for client meetings.

Lead a pre-sales team of consultants, collaborating with account executives, managing team performance, and driving strategy for business growth in financial services.

Lead and expand a portfolio of strategic Financial Services enterprise accounts, protecting and growing revenue through retention and expansion. Build C-suite relationships, run QBRs, drive adoption and onboarding, identify churn risk and white space, collaborate with sales and product, and travel frequently to major financial hubs to deliver executive briefings and ROI-driven outcomes.

Support revenue accounting for a growing SaaS business: apply ASC 606, review contracts and pricing, manage month-end close, analyze revenue and deferred revenue, support audits and SOX readiness, partner cross-functionally on system implementations and process improvements, and enhance NetSuite/Salesforce revenue systems.

Own AlphaSense’s curated product experiences, including company profiles, industry profiles, monitoring, and future surfaces. Use hedge fund investment research expertise to define, test, and improve accurate, credible, AI-powered experiences. Translate buy-side workflows into product strategy, identify market opportunities, collaborate with engineering, design, search, and marketing, and drive autonomous end-to-end delivery from concept through launch and iteration.

Lead product strategy and execution for AI-driven expert research: translate investor needs into AI workflows, define roadmap, run user research and experiments, collaborate with engineering/design, and drive launches while optimizing accuracy and reliability of LLM/ML outputs.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for content royalties, expert transcript library, and AI/LLM infrastructure costs. Build and maintain consumption-based financial models, analyze unit economics and gross margin, partner cross-functionally to guide resource allocation, prepare quarterly and Board financial materials, and help improve FP&A processes toward IPO readiness.

Own G&A expense and cash flow analysis for FP&A, build driver-based financial models, support monthly close and forecasting, prepare executive and Board reporting, partner cross-functionally with Accounting and Analytics, and contribute to finance process improvements toward IPO readiness.
